RunReveal is the first complete security data platform that does everything security teams need. From simple onboarding and log management, to AI powered insights, all while keeping our customers in control of their data.

RunReveal was founded after Evan Johnson and Alan Braithwaite (former Cloudflare and Segment) realized that even the most advanced security teams were struggling to detect basic attacks. The problem is that security orgs have so much data that they spend more time struggling with the basics of data management instead of detecting threats.

What you'll do

This role is a first of function hire that's likely more "Product Management" than any other function. You'll work with customers to understand issues they are having, gaps in our product, requirements for new features we build, and more. The reality of this role is it's a mix of customer support, product management, solutions engineering, sales, and whatever else might need to be done to help our customers. We think that Product people are generally well suited to help with all of these things.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and prioritize bug backlog and minor product improvements
• Specify requirements for new features and improvements
• Build and maintain collateral for roadmap, white papers, documentation, etc to ensure RunReveal is presenting itself to the best of our abilities.
• Work directly with customers to understand how they use RunReveal and what else we could do to improve the product

Minimum Requirements

• Have worked at a fast growing SaaS company in an engineering or similar role previously.
• Comfortable working on a small team where you'll be trusted to make big decisions.
• Excited to do whatever it takes to solve customer problems and improve our product.
• Deeply technical and excited to become an expert on all things logs and SIEM!
